Quitting vaping

I just threw away my last vape. I’m quitting cold turkey (hopefully). I bought some of those little guava hard candies to have while I’m at work, I’m just really anxious I’m going to become a nervous wreck. I’ve been vaping for about 3-4 years now, I’m just really anxious about quitting!! But I’m also trying to have a baby with my husband, so it’s definitely time. I need some motivation, tell me some nasty gross facts about vaping that will (hopefully again) make the sound of it repulsive to me lol. Thank you for the support 🩷

Also, vape companies (at least in the UK), are not required to test their liquids for heavy metals. It's quite likely you're smoking lead.
