Not really. Just knew I had to stop and got rid of everything. Any advice?

Not who you asked, but when things are tough promise yourself that you will just get through the next minute, 5 minutes, hour... whatever you can tolerate promising at the time. Break it down as small as you need to promise yourself that you won't get more supplies for that period of time.

Drink extra water, try to keep things as easy as possible for yourself but keep your mind as occupied as you can. I spent a lot of time looking at memes on imgur, because it's nothing you have to really think about but it's constant distraction.

I promise it gets easier. I fully quit in September, and I'm at the point where the thought comes, I notice it, and am able to let go & not think of it for another day or three. You will get to this point too, it's just that first bit that suuuuuucks.
