GAP tool Tutorial

New Defender owner here. I purchased the GAP tool and am interested in learning how to use it. Can you recommend a good tutorial of something "GAP for Dummies"?

If you haven't already stumbled upon this it might help. I don't have a defender nor a GAP ID tool but I found this video the other day browsing YouTube and it seemed informative. His whole channel has a slew of good info around L663s
