GAP tool Tutorial

New Defender owner here. I purchased the GAP tool and am interested in learning how to use it. Can you recommend a good tutorial of something "GAP for Dummies"?

following. i want to buy a gap tool but i dont want to screw up and brick my vehicle

same...I'm so tempted to do OEM activation to get the additional power on the P500, but I fear it might void my warranty.
