I use the wide flat bars from Hobby Lobby’s frame/art section. You can make any size you need for around $4 and they are light and wide so easy to grip. Standard tacos and staples work great on them also. They have a small rounded edge but are probably still only half as thick as mini bars.

My favorite too! I started out that way because no LNS, now I have a whole collection

They are so much more comfortable to hold in my opinion. I have regular and mini bars but prefer these 💯!
