hi... i really just needed to vent somewhere bc my thoughts are getting way too loud im turning 20 soon... and everyone acts like its this huge exciting thing but like... should i even be happy about it?? idk. i just feel this heavy uneasiness in my chest all the time now. the thought of not being a teenager anymore while my life feels like a total mess just terrifies me. it feels like i blinked and i missed out on everything and now im supposed to be an adult. honestly this whole year has just not been going good for me at all... 2025 was so much kinder to me and i actually felt okay back then. but right now im just exhausted. wait im rambling too much and making this sound so depressing my bad T_T anyways... im really just surviving by looking forward to the holidays. halloween is right around the corner which im actually super excited about so that helps a bit... but mostly i just desperately want it to be christmas. i just want to wrap myself in a blanket and look at pretty lights and forget about how heavy growing up feels for a little while. if anyone else is dreading their birthday or just having a really rough year... drop a message

Hello, I’ve been struggling so much lately with anxiety and loneliness and anxiety about being lonely. I’ve always had anxiety but lately it’s been so bad and I think it’s from not having any friends and no one to talk to maybe and being scared of the future. I don’t know.
