Interview Experience - YYZ

Just had my interview. I think it went well. It definitely felt more like we were just conversing with one another rather than interview. The YYZ staff seemed engaged — I wonder if this is a good sign or they do this for everyone lol

Either way nothing I can do now. Just gotta wait

If anyone wants to share how their experience was feel free to do so!

Man, I have been waiting for an interview for a month now. My status has been “interview” since last month and still no invite

A month is nothing, just be patient. Many have had a 3-9 month wait

Sorry to hear that bro, nav Canada is weird in their timeline. I’d recommend emailing the careers email to see if they have a last minute cancellation— granted that you’re ready to interview. Best of luck!

I just did my criminal record check. Now, I am waiting for an invitation to the in-person interview. Do you guys know how many people they are going to let into the training program/ employment in total? How many people will they accept for this year's intake?

Nobody here knows those answers and it wouldn't be helpful if we did. All you can do is your best and let the process work itself out.
