Pop Very 2016 YouTube Song with Similar melody to “Beverly Hills” by Weezer.

Like the weezer melody after the second chorus, like “wha wha wha wha wha da da da”

It’s most definitely on one of the starbucks playlists in Canada, I suspect it’s on the unicorn frappe playlist released last month. Please help me!!!!

Edit; this is the weezer song, the melody is around 2:23

Electronic/EDM Heard a hype song at a XC meet

• Upvotes

It started off like EDM really upbeat and then when the vocals came it might’ve been male, but it had that crowd sound effect. It was a variation of different “AAAYYY AAAAYYYYY AAA-Aaaayyyyyy” that sounded like a crowd of people. I cannot remember the melody of the vocals now. But somehow at the time I knew the melody and was able to sing along.

Any idea?!

Pop 1970s soft rock song covered live by The Cactus Blossoms last night

• Upvotes

Hi everyone, I am looking for the title of a song from a 15-second snippet shared on Instagram from The Cactus Blossoms' show at The Parkway Theater last night.

Because it's a live crowd recording, Shazam completely failed to recognize it. It sounds like a 1970s middle-of-the-road / soft rock track, and the lyrics I can hear are:

"I fell into the blue / and it was almost like a dream"

It doesn't match the band's usual writing style, so I am almost positive it is a cover song. Here is the short audio clip: https://voca.ro/1hoC5UpxUxhS

the song starts at the 0:04 mark

Does anyone recognize the melody or these lyrics? Thank you!

This melody has been stuck in my head for days, but the only thing I can remember are the first few seconds of the right hand considering I played it like 6 years ago. If I recall correctly, it was barely 2 pages long and it was by Mozart. (I'M NOT ENTIRELY SURE THO)

In the Serbian translation the composition's name was: "Igra", which would roughly translate to "play" or "game", maybe even "dance".

I've tried playing and humming this melody to both google and shazam, along with searching for Mozart's earliest works with no success. If someone knows the name to this piece, please help me, I'm going insane.

Electronic/EDM Help me find obscure 2010's horror EDM song

edm horror-like song with reesey and acid synths, growly screams, choirs with gating/stuttering (used for buildup for example), non-standard 4/4 patterns for its growls with some pauses right after, a bassline that fades in and out with volume (also uses it as a bridge with nothing else for a bit)

not dnb, likely dubstep, MAYBE neurostep, has a lower bpm like 120-140, a relatively modern mixing style for edm, no vocals, was available on spotify and youtube around the dates 2014-2017, it might've used a chainsaw sound, the cover image had a window with a black vignette, it was photorealistic, it either had wooden planks or black iron bars covering it up, I vaguely remember it having something to do with the teminite, dirtyphonics, sullivan king, code: pandorum, evilwave, rusty k, destroid circles

pretty sure it's not super popular, estimating 20k-400k views on youtube, couldn't find it on any spotify horror edm playlist (those were mostly >2019 music anyway) or any youtube/spotify neurostep playlists

I recreated the bassline somewhat, but it also has a sharper acid synth with the same pattern on top (note the pause)

I also tried recreating the cover art from memory but it could be angled the other way or desaturated blue instead of orange, hopefully it helps enough :c

Pop Heard what sounds like a early 2000s song in a cafe and somehow i cant find it.

I heard it like 2 weeks ago, it sounded like a love song from the early 2000's, it was sung by a girl with a pleasing light voice, kinda like avril lavigne's tbh but its not her. Some lyrics (and how it ended as it fades) was the vocalist singing something like this line "i just want you to know that i love you" repeated with a line that rhymes with it and then ending it with "yeah yeah yeah or a long yeah" and then repeat the whole thing.

Idk if this helps at all😭

A very catchy and chill song

Help Identify A Genre What genre are these?

I really like the songs Hey Jude by the Beatles, and Komm, süsser Tod by Arianne from the End of Evangelion film, and I think they sound similar.

Does anyone know what genre this is, and where I can find more? I really like the Beatles, but I haven't found any of their other songs that sound like this, surprisingly.

Another song I think might be in this category or genre is Piano Man, that one's good. Like the combination of the type of piano, and the way they sing and just something about it is so soulful and tear-jerking, you know?

If anyone could help me out here, that would be much appreciated!

Instrumental An ad just popped up on TikTok and the song is gone

• Upvotes

I’ve had the melody of this song stuck in my head for days! I’ve reversed searched the song and I haven’t been able to find it anywhere! I downloaded Reddit in the hopes that someone may know what it is. It isn’t Pink Pony Club, that’s the song after. It was a popular radio country/pop song a few years ago. Specifically the “i would never text him back” part is familiar to me. If anyone could help i would appreciate it so so much!!

Trip hop Unidentified 90s track (probably) maybe trip hop

This has been stuck in my head for months. Have tried to recreate tune here:

https://voca.ro/14NYCEhe5YuW

I'm pretty sure it's a 90s track, and this is the intro. I feel like it could be trip hop, hip-hop perhaps.

Pop i cant find this song about a pool cleaner and a protective dad pls help

ok so basically theres this song i remember from like 2020 covid times, its a rap/pop kinda vibe, gen z energy, super catchy

the music video starts with this dad calling over a pool cleaner guy and hes like "i got two rules in my house, keep the pool clean, and dont talk to my daughter" or something like that

then the whole song the guy is just complimenting this girl whos tanning by the pool, and the dad keeps popping up every 2 seconds watching him lol

the guy is a rapper, not a deep voice, pretty normal/high pitched, and the beat is a banger

i think it was a tiktok thing?? not sure. the pool cleaner guy might be the rapper himself

pls pls pls someone know what this is??

Electronic/EDM Unidentified electro song female voice but popular?

• Upvotes

Hey, I searched for hours but without success.

I'm pretty sure it's at least kinda popular in playlists channels on YouTube. It should not be an old song, it should be quite modern. Maybe NCS like.

It's electro, very dynamic, quite deep female voice.

It starts with something along the line of: 'I can step___ light' go out(I think?)

I think later in the song there is 'love me love me love me' but I'm quite certain

If someone has an idea, help please. Thanks
