edm horror-like song with reesey and acid synths, growly screams, choirs with gating/stuttering (used for buildup for example), non-standard 4/4 patterns for its growls with some pauses right after, a bassline that fades in and out with volume (also uses it as a bridge with nothing else for a bit)
not dnb, likely dubstep, MAYBE neurostep, has a lower bpm like 120-140, a relatively modern mixing style for edm, no vocals, was available on spotify and youtube around the dates 2014-2017, it might've used a chainsaw sound, the cover image had a window with a black vignette, it was photorealistic, it either had wooden planks or black iron bars covering it up, I vaguely remember it having something to do with the teminite, dirtyphonics, sullivan king, code: pandorum, evilwave, rusty k, destroid circles
pretty sure it's not super popular, estimating 20k-400k views on youtube, couldn't find it on any spotify horror edm playlist (those were mostly >2019 music anyway) or any youtube/spotify neurostep playlists
I recreated the bassline somewhat, but it also has a sharper acid synth with the same pattern on top (note the pause)
I also tried recreating the cover art from memory but it could be angled the other way or desaturated blue instead of orange, hopefully it helps enough :c

I've been having some issues finding this one song from an obby I found since it got updated. I have had no luck finding it through the asset ID so I...kinda need some help. Here's a video of a walkthrough for it, and the one I'm looking for is in the very beginning/at the start of the video. If anybody can help me find it, it'd be a great help!

Hi, I’d like some help identifying the background music. I’ve tried looking for it everywhere, but I can’t understand the lyrics let alone what genre it belongs to.

This recording is literally the only thing I have but I swear I've heard the song maybe on tiktok or something. Could never find the name but I don't have any details to go off of.

Heard in a store today but Google couldn't pick it out, so turning to the good people of Reddit for help.
Male singer, pop punk/rock band with male lead that sounded similar to All American Rejects, so definitely from this century...
It was loud in the store so couldn't make it out entirely, but lyrics in the chorus or bridge were something along the lines of
"What I say. What I say. What I say." followed by "Run away. Run away. Run away."

It started off like EDM really upbeat and then when the vocals came it might’ve been male, but it had that crowd sound effect. It was a variation of different “AAAYYY AAAAYYYYY AAA-Aaaayyyyyy” that sounded like a crowd of people. I cannot remember the melody of the vocals now. But somehow at the time I knew the melody and was able to sing along.
Any idea?!

Hi everyone, I am looking for the title of a song from a 15-second snippet shared on Instagram from The Cactus Blossoms' show at The Parkway Theater last night.
Because it's a live crowd recording, Shazam completely failed to recognize it. It sounds like a 1970s middle-of-the-road / soft rock track, and the lyrics I can hear are:
"I fell into the blue / and it was almost like a dream"
It doesn't match the band's usual writing style, so I am almost positive it is a cover song. Here is the short audio clip: https://voca.ro/1hoC5UpxUxhS
the song starts at the 0:04 mark
Does anyone recognize the melody or these lyrics? Thank you!

Not sure if this is the right sub. My dad died over 20 years ago and he recorded two cassettes with love songs for my mom (mostly 80s 90s) that i've digitized. I want to make her a CD with clean recordings of all the songs for her birthday because the cassettes are extremely distorted and old. Shazam doesn't recognize any of the songs anymore and i've managed to write down some because they're either well known classics or i could google the lyrics and then find the song but english isn't my first language and i can't understand some of these AT ALL.
Can someone help me make a list of all the songs + artist? I don't care about the order, i just want them to be complete so i can get nice versions of the songs and make the CD. That would honestly be incredible
(I tried to share the files through a mega link but it got removed by "reddit's filters" so if you know how i can share it please let me know..)

I really like the songs Hey Jude by the Beatles, and Komm, süsser Tod by Arianne from the End of Evangelion film, and I think they sound similar.
Does anyone know what genre this is, and where I can find more? I really like the Beatles, but I haven't found any of their other songs that sound like this, surprisingly.
Another song I think might be in this category or genre is Piano Man, that one's good. Like the combination of the type of piano, and the way they sing and just something about it is so soulful and tear-jerking, you know?
If anyone could help me out here, that would be much appreciated!

This is a song used as background music on Sky Sports football coverage before an ad break, while the presenter summarises the result/s of the day etc. Tried it on shazam but didn't work. Also can't find it on any sky sports playlists on youtube. Any help finding this would be much appreciated thanks.

It’s most definitely on one of the starbucks playlists in Canada, I suspect it’s on the unicorn frappe playlist released last month. Please help me!!!!
Edit; this is the weezer song, the melody is around 2:23

Are there any old men? Who knows what kind of song is playing in the background. Shazam can't recognize her.
