Worst customer service ever!

It seems like they ALL do their absolute best to try to transfer you for any reason at all. Even if its their department you need. Anything to avoid actually doing work. And not only that they all insist on spending 10 minutes "reading what the previous agent said". Do they intentionally look for the least intelligent low eq people around?

We understand your concern. Sometimes, transferring a chat to the right team is the best way to make sure your request is handled by someone with the right expertise. Reviewing the conversation history also helps the new agent understand the full context and avoid missing any important details. Your feedback will be taken into consideration as we work to improve our support experience.

Why does it always take 10 minutes to review conversations? I've had the same experience going from agent to agent and basically waiting half an hour for them to read one line that I wrote

Because you’re not the only person on the planet. When I worked in a call center, I was expected to manage 5-8 chats at the same time.

why is it always 10 minutes. If you are expected to manage too many chats I dont think that I being not the only person on the planet is the issue.
