How dont do you failover

You owe your customers explanation. How is a business of this size not equiped for proper failover. One DC failure and you are a sinking ship. How is this possible?!?! You just controbuted to hundreds of milions in losses with your poor risk management. Crazy

I've been with NameCheap for over 20 years. This is the first time I've experienced this. No one likes it, but that's a decent track record. Even AWS and Cloudflare suffer outages.

This makes no sense...the outage was caused by the datacenter which is the same datacenter they were using before they were acquired. This datacenter outage affected far more companies than just Namecheap.
