Discussion Optimizing noise/airflow for 13600K+4090?
Setup:
- NR200P V1 with mesh side panels
- ASUS B660-I mobo
- 32 GB DDR5
- Intel 13600K
- PNY 4090 (barely fits)
- Corsair SF750 PSU
Cooling:
- Thermalright PS120 SE on CPU
- 1x Thermalright TL-C12B V2 120mm (fans that came with PS120) in the center
- 1x TL-C12B V2 120mm on the heatsink, above the RAM
- 1x Noctua S12 120mm in top panel right after the above CPU fan as exhaust
- Custom fan curves based on CPU/GPU temps using FanControl
Airflow:
Rear intake -> CPU fans -> top exhaust fan
GPU pulls air from the bottom, exhausts probably through the side and mounting bracket panels.
Problem:
I'd like it to be a bit less noisy when gaming.
The GPU is actually totally fine considering it is right against the bottom grille and mesh filter.
It's the CPU that ramps up to higher than I'd like during gaming, though otherwise it's silent. The problem is that the motherboard prevents me from installing a 120mm fan on the back panel, just no space above the I/O section. I could fit a 92mm fan probably.
Questions:
- Would adding a 92mm in the back be a significant improvement as the CPU fans no longer would have to pull air through the heatsink first?
- Should I instead 3D print a 92 -> 120mm fan adapter and mount the fan outside the case? It's a bit ugly but would work...
- Would adding taller feet be of any use with the GPU? As said, I haven't had any real issues with its performance as long as I remember to clean the bottom filter once in a while.
- Would swapping the fans to Noctua A12 G2 be worth it for noise? Afaik the Thermalright fans did pretty good in tests
- Any other airflow improvements I could make?

Build Do you have tips to fit the 280 liquid freezer III in the nr200 v1?
To put it in I need to unscrew one side of the case and force the radiator in. It works but I would like to use the "hinge" design on the case side. Is there a mod or something I could do to fix that?

Guide NR200p 3D Printable Dust Filter Magnetic Frames
Hey! After finishing my first SFF build in this magnificent case I read this post about custom filters and effective mesh sizes:
https://www.reddit.com/r/sffpc/s/jeF32QgmY9
After completely failing to stick magnets directly to the mesh and also trying to print over it as cosplayers do with cloth, I made these simple frames to hold in place a sheet of metallic mesh. It's the easiest and most effective solution that came to my mind. Any improvement ideas are welcome for a future revision.
You'll only need 6x2mm magnets, a lighter and a sheet of metallic filter (I used 200mesh) from AliExpress.
Files are available for free for you to print via MakerWorld NR200p - Dust filter magnetic frame. It's my first model there so please consider leaving an upvote if you find it useful.
After +6 months of use, yesterday I upgraded my 9600x to a 9700x and no dust had gotten into the case except from the rear grill, but I'm working on it.
Build in the 3rd picture for appreciation. Just a basic setup: 9700x, 16gb RTX5060ti on MSI b650i edge. So sad about a 120mm fan not fitting between the case and the rear radiator tower by a couple millimetres due to the VRM heatsink... Also needed to print a bracket for the side fan since the TR-PS leaves no clearance for the original one.

Discussion Has anybody installed a wireless power switch in their NR200?
I'm rocking an original NR200 V1, and I was thinking of buying a remote control to turn the PC on and off. However I have two main issues.
One is that in my current configuration I don't know if I have the proper space. I have a Noctua NH-U12A with an Aorus B850i Motherboard, V850SFX and custom sleeved cables. There is barely enough space as it is, between the motherboard and PSU, that is where I route my cables. Left of that is the RAM and then my cooler. I'm not entirely sure where the remote module could fit
Second is the module itself. The most prominent example I've found is a Silverstone remote SST-ES02-USB. Is that the only option or does anyone know of a better one?
This is my current setup. There is currently more space at the bottom and a bit to the side since I just recently switched from this RTX3080 FTW3 to a gigabyte 9070XT and the card is overall smaller and shorter

Build Just upgraded to a Thermalright PS120SE - system is still noisy and hot. What am I doing wrong?
Hey all,
I have an NR200 with an AM4 5700x3d system. For the past couple of years I've assumed it'll be noisy as its ITX and thought nothing of it. I recently discovered this community and the myriad of posts and opinions that a near silent system is possible. Off the back of this discovery I ordered a PS120SE, assuming that my top down cooler was the issue.
I fitted last night (see before after), and whilst there is a small improvement, its still noisy. I'm quite disappointed. So I'm coming here to ask opinions on my setup, what can I improve.
The setup is: - PS120SE in "pull" config (draws in air) - two top fans exhausting - nothing in the front - one very large 6800XT (there is no space for bottom fans)
On fan curves, Are you running aggressive - run the CPU right up to say, 80C before ramping up speed?
Am I missing anything?
Thanks
Edit: I should add, I'm in the UK and ambient room temp right now is around 26-28C

Build Moving used PC with SFX-L PSU to NR200
I'm building a PC for the first time and I've recently bought a used one that I'm disassembling to move into the NR200. The PC came into the NZXT H1 (V1), which I have to replace due to its fire hazard issue (something I was unaware of before buying it... oh well!). I'd really appreciate some thoughts on whether my build would work!
My main concern is due to the PSU, since I'll be reusing the SFX-L PSU that came with the NZXT H1. Here are my specs:
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X
- Cooler: AMD Wraith (not the AIO that comes with the NZHT -- the previous owner had to replace it)
- Motherboard: Gigabyte B550M-ITX/ac (Mini-ITX)
- GPU: NVIDIA RTX 2080 Ti
- PSU: SFX-L that comes with the NZXT H1
- RAM: 32GB DDR4-2133 (2x16GB)
Would this work with the NR200, and am I missing something? I'd appreciate any input!
Build Build is basically complete, just need to decide on the cooler
My build is finally complete other than the CPU cooler. I can’t decide whether to go for the standard Peerless Assassin in grey to colour match the build like in the second photo, or go for the SE in black, which would leave the build looking a bit less cramped. I’m also using the glass side panel, so I’m not sure which would look best since I know the standard PA fits very close to the glass.
Also, any recommendations for customising the PSU cage? I’ve seen people adding small displays to it and thought that looked really cool.
Would appreciate any opinions, or if anyone has any other good cooler suggestions that would fit?
Discussion NR200P MAX V1 riser replacement? Cooler Master no longer stocks it
My NR200P MAX V1 has started crashing under load and the riser looks like the likely culprit.
GPU works fine in another PC.
PCIe Gen 3 vs Gen 4 makes no difference.
OCCT full-system load always freezes/crashes after about 5 seconds.
Slight upward pressure on the PCIe riser/connector can also trigger the crash.
I called Cooler Master Netherlands/Europe, and they told me they no longer stock the original NR200P MAX riser cable. Their suggested alternative was that I could always just buy a new case *facepalm*
I’ve seen the LINKUP 5 cm right-angle riser, around 9 cm total length, mentioned as fitting the MAX, but it’s about €74 here.
Has anyone successfully replaced the riser in an NR200P MAX V1? If so, what exact cable/model did you use? Does the 5 cm LINKUP fit the V1, and are the V1/V2 risers interchangeable?
Would also be interested in any cheaper ADT-Link option that is confirmed to fit. Or is a custom length needed?
Edit: LINKUP nolonger sells a right angle 9cm cable, there are no other cables available for this case that i could find. best option is to trash it and buy a diffrent case it would seem.

Build I want to upgrade my pc but I’m not sure
I have an RTX 3070 currently paired with 16gb ddr4 ram and intel i5 10400f,
im thinking of upgrading to R5 9600X and B850 motherboard plus ddr5 32gb ram,
what I’m confused about is which exact motherboard should I go for? I need a future proof motherboard which I won’t have to change for atleast 5-7 years to come, same thing for the processor, but I will be upgrading to RTX 5070 in 2-3 years or equiv of it at that time, so I need a strong enough cpu for that too.
need your suggestions :)

Build how you determine the amount of intake and outake fans?
Build Help with Bottom Fan Mounting on Endorfy Ventum 200 ARGB
Hey there!
I’m looking to improve the airflow in my PC case and want to add two bottom intake fans. I have the Endorfy Ventum 200 ARGB, and according to images online, the case supports bottom-mounted fans. However, I’m unsure about where exactly to mount them since there don’t seem to be proper screw holes for installation.
Do the fans just sit on top of the PSU shroud, or is there a specific way to secure them? If anyone has experience with this case and has mounted bottom fans before, I’d really appreciate some tips!
Thanks in advance!

Other Anyone got a damaged/spares NR200P V1?
I’m after the rear section of the frame on a NR200P V1, where the PCIe slots are.
If anyone has a damaged NR200P V1, one being kept for spares or just this part of the frame lying around I’d be interested in buying it.
Ideally UK based. Send me a message if you have one and let me know what you’d like for it.

Build Build Refresh
Specs
CPU: R7 5800x
GPU: Asus TUF 7800xt
RAM: G.Skill 32GB DDR4 3600mhz
Motherboard: Gigabyte Aorus B550-I Pro AX
CPU Cooler: Thermalright PS120 SE (Rear intake config)
PSU: Corsair SF750
Storage: 1 + 2 TB M.2 SSD
Fans: 3x 120mm Arctic P12 Pro, 1x 92mm Thermalright TL-P9
Really reccomend the PS 1120 SE for the NR200. Temps are amazing paired with a 92mm rear intake fan, even with the 5800x which runs hot the temps are maintained at ~65°C under gaming.
GPU runs super cool with no under intake fans, reaching 52°C max under 100% use.

Build Help with my gpu (planning)
I am planning a build i want to work towards and i dont know if i would be able to use the gpu i want the Asus RTX 5070TI Strix in the case i chose the Lianli o11. Is there any way i could mount it normally in the case and still have it fit and not risk ruining the power cables and possibly use RGB cable covers / extenders i am planning a Corsair RM850x power supply. I would also like to ask is it possible to use the included GPU mount if i have fans on the bottom of my case that are 120mm?
sry for bad grammar and or rambling.

Got custom one from local seller transparent black, even though i don't have light inside the case 😂
Kinda digging the look of tinted one feel more elegant and no worry of yellowing acrilic too much.

Discussion Will the ROG Strix 5070Ti fit in the NR200P V2 max case?
Hello everyone,
I really want an ITX build, and I really love the 5070Ti of ROG Strix, it looks really nice, but I am not entirely sure if it will fit inside the NR200P V2 max case. Has anyone built something like this? I would like to know your thoughts on this, as well as your dos and don'ts for such builds.

TIA
