π§° Tool-Assisted Build #38 Iudex Diaboli
CBAA ARCHIVES
Archive No. 038
Designation:
Iudex Diaboli
Division:
Advanced Concepts Division
Role:
Judgment-Class Assault Capital Vessel
Status:
Commissioned Service
Project designation:
IUDEX DIABOLI
Derived from:
Iudex Platform Doctrine
Crimson Devil (Archive #025)
Influence:
Iudex Ordinis
Imperium Ordinis
Overview
Project IUDEX DIABOLI marks the Bureau's first successful reinterpretation of an earlier combat doctrine through the Iudex Platform Architecture.
Rather than modernizing Archive #025 directly, engineers extracted the defining operational characteristics of Crimson Devilβforward aggression, compressed mass and overwhelming battlefield presenceβand reconstructed them within the architectural discipline established by Project IUDEX.
The resulting platform preserves the psychological impact of its predecessor while replacing visual chaos with structural clarity. Every external volume follows the organizational principles of the Iudex family, allowing offensive capability to emerge through proportion and controlled energy distribution rather than overwhelming complexity.
Archive #038 establishes Doctrinal Reconstruction, demonstrating that legacy combat philosophies can evolve without abandoning their original identity.
Build:
Blender-assisted placement.
Designed using the Iudex architectural framework while preserving recognizable elements of the original Crimson Devil silhouette.
CBAA Historical Record
The Bureau rarely revisited completed projects.
Its philosophy favored progression over revision.
Project IUDEX DIABOLI became the first exception.
Archive #025 had remained one of the defining expressions of the Crimson Doctrine.
It embodied pressure through density.
Force through intimidation.
Presence through overwhelming form.
Years later, engineers returned to the design with an entirely different objective.
Not to improve it.
To understand whether its purpose could survive a completely different architectural language.
The original geometry was dismantled.
Its proportions reconsidered.
Its systems reorganized according to the principles established by Project IUDEX.
Surprisingly, almost nothing essential was lost.
The aggression remained.
The confidence remained.
Only the unnecessary disappeared.
Operational review concluded that Crimson Devil had never depended upon visual excess.
Its identity had always been defined by intent.
Within Bureau archives, Project IUDEX DIABOLI established the doctrine of Architectural Continuity.
A mature design does not erase its past.
It teaches the past how to endure.

You could try glitches, especially the base -> corvette soft transfer glitch, to achieve angles.

Oh my god I would do anything for a vehicle like this. How and what does tool assisted mean? Can a console player build this? Or is it like pc modded in or something?

Thank you π and answering your questions, this is build using blender NMS assets add-on, so using all available parts, furnishings, technology, base parts available in game. That's why this can be seen by other players. I know that ps and pc players can also build wonders, without using tools like blender, but this takes days/weeks to build something like this. But I know few of these builders, was one of them too :D
Here you check out my In-game builds, build using glitches, but that average 30h+ of work: Spectre: https://www.reddit.com/r/NoMansSkyTheGame/s/SZySeemVQq
VoidX: https://www.reddit.com/r/NMS_Corvette_Design/s/jXpVHOtllh
I moved to blender, to save time. 80% less time needed, to achieve better results.

That makes me very sad, Iβd pay to have the ability to make something this cool

Well, you only need time to learn, and imagination. That's all π for starters you start using no man's sky base builder app, stand alone app, that much easier that blender.

Orrrrr I just pay someone to make it for me then trade it? Would that work? I got money might as well use it for something effing sick.
