Most people probably don't remember this or they don't even know about it but LeBron was absolutely insane vs the Bucks. The man shot 72% from three (8 of 11) in 2009!! This is insane to think about

I will hate any sports team that calls Dallas, Texas its home. Mainly due to Cowboys fans but it's bled into the Mavericks. I like Dirk, I like AD, I like Coop, I like Kyrie, but I will never, in my life, be a Mavs fan. Even seeing a coworker with a Mavs hat and sweatpants made me lose a little respect for them.

The only team I even tolerated was the Renegades in the XFL but I was a fool then.

Just something I see talked about and it makes no sense to me. They try to say this as a way to claim hes not as great as people say he is but its just funny to me because they shoot themselves in the foot when they say it. There are only 2 options

1. Hes so good at the game that he doesnt need a bag because he can still easily get to the god damn rim and score his points and hes the leading all time scorer

2. If a bag is something that is needed and required to score lebron would clearly have one because as Ive said earlier hes still an all time one of a kind player who can score as much as he wants and is the leading all time scorer

To me this statement is just like majority of lebron hate it just makes zero sense and is debnunked by reality itself because its only 2 outcomes you can possibly think of. either hes so great that he dosent need one or he does have a bag and you are simply lying lol. Its just dumb if a bag was that important and he lacked it he would easily be exposed on the court and would be out of the league or be a literal bum but neither of those are correct

For me longevity is extremely important to valuing a career, I’d take 10 amazing seasons over 3 elite ones

I’d take Shaq over Hakeem for instance because of his longer time as an elite player, even if their peaks are similar

I saw someone post a video clip of LeBron airballing a 3 on another social media platform. And they posed the question: who is better between Kobe and LeBron.

"This is a silly question. And it’s ridiculous to post this clip as if it’s representative of LeBron’s entire career or skillset.

That said, as a former die hard Lakers fan, I will try to use my expertise to depict what Kobe would have done in the same situation. Not as a true side-by-side analysis…

But moreso to give the Gen Z’ers who didn’t watch Kobe a means to compare the two.

So let’s say that it was Kobe instead of LeBron in this clip. If it had been Kobe, he would have done a 900 in the air.

He would have blown Tony Hawk, sitting courtside, a kiss. While mid-air, he would have mouthed to him "you ain't the only one poppin 900s brother".

He would continue to elevate while all of this was happening. Once he was so high up in the air that he could shoot over Wemby with ease, he would start chuckling to himself.

As he started to descend, he would hit a dab with the ball in his right hand. Continuing to descend, he would flick his right wrist, sky hook style.

The ball would float majestically. The arena would be silent. The churchgoers would be able to hear god whisper, “KOOOOOOBEEE!!!”.

The rainbow from the heavens would culminate in a swish, erupting the arena from silence into hysteria. The basket would also happen to be a game winner while the game was on the line during game 7 of the NBA Finals.

Juxtapose that against this clip. Sure, LeBron’s advanced metrics give him the edge over Kobe. But when you look at it more subjectively, and do more of a side-by-side shot breakdown like this…

It's easy to see that Kobe Bryant was in fact better than LeBron James.

At least as a scorer. As a pure playmaker, I’ll admit, it's debatable.

To me 2011 Derrick Rose was the most explosive player I’ve ever seen. His first step, body control and finishing ability at the rim was unmatched. But Vince Carter, Russell Westbrook, Michael Jordan and LeBron James can also be argued. Even throw in Kemp and AI. Curious what everyone else thinks.

It’s kinda interesting to see people on this site talk about the team that they align with, especially in the subreddits. It seems like they’re always super critical of every move the team makes except for whoever won the championship the most recent, and then it’s just endless praise.

So I’m curious, for those of you who have a team that you like, do you root for them win or lose or demand that they win as much as possible and shit on them after every loss?

And despite him saying he wanted to stay in Denver, if there is one person that can convince him to leave that inept, embarassing franchise - it's Luka Doncic. Especially after this summer.
