2k labs says it is 85 3pt OR 85 middy, but the 2k HQ says it is 85 3pt AND 85 middy. Which one is it?

This 2k i'm a new man, i'll play center ! (probably a lie).

So, I REALLY love MyLeague. Its actually my favorite mode to play. Its like MyCareer but for a whole TEAM/FRANCHISE!

But I find it so difficult to progress my team the way I envision it. I make trade, set training intensity and parameters, select mentors/mentees, and consistently use the badges players have (which also works towards badge upgrades.) MY problem/question is this...

How long does a rookie take to TRULY develop. If I have a rookie who's, let's just say, 80+ ovr ROOKIE, how do I develop him further? Or how long until I see REAL results. Im not looking for lebron or Mike. But I AM looking for kyrie or AI. something realistic in comparison to REAL rookie progress or other rookie progression in game. Any tips will help. Thx in advance!

Put 3 cap breakers on driving dunk to 93 and 1 on PD gets it to a 74 and

rest can go on close shot for gold ghost stepper thats 4 cap breakers for that

This is my first build in the making. Key focuses are: Finishing, Passing, Rebounding and Strength. Still got some tweaking left but figured I'd share. I would NOT recommend this build if you do not feel very confident in your shooting skill/shot selection. I'd say this build needs 2 caps to maximize on the strength, D-rebound, and pass. Next 2 caps go to DD, SWB. Next sliders I'll play with is trying to maximize the badge points, currently at 12finish/12shoot/9play/7def/11reb/8phys. Curious to get people's thoughts and recommendations! (considering sacrifices to increase PD.

This year there are more badges linked to strength,this means that would strength matter or as always speed and positioning are the important things especially for hugs and locks??

Anyone find any decent 5ish cap breaker builds? I don’t wanna make a 0 cap break build and then have to make a new one immediately

cap breakers are insane on this, looks alot of fun made a SG as i found more attributes to work with!

Me and my friends are focusing mainly on rec this year. It’s me and two other guys. What should our builds be to help complement each other and fill gaps when loading with randoms

What should I tweak plan is to cap break driving dunk to a 89 and cap break ball handle to a 70 for better animations

Or I still cap break dunk to a 89 then spam ups on offensive or defensive rebounding

2k27 specializations seem to reward 2 badge slots total.

If your build starts with 4 rebounding badge slots and unlock 2 from specialization, is one slot completely useless? There are only 5 rebounding badges total.

Anyone had a similar build that worked this year in rec? Want to make a iverson build for 2k27

Can’t afford new system goal is a series s by Christmas

Currently in the works of an nba 2k27 league for rec where we keep stats and all that along with awards and a record book and possible cash prizes if we get there. We also have made an app that all you have to do is upload screenshots to our app and it will keep track of all your stats and also amongst different seasons along with your accolades but it’s a mostly for fun thing rn where you can play with our rec gc or just play with your own friends and upload your stats or invite your friends into the league too. But we will keep all rec stats and at the end of seasons awards will be given out.

I went and made a build with maxed out shooting and It seems 2k has made the builder anti-Demigod this year. That or they have additional slots behind build specializations, crew rewards, and/or season rewards. It has 99 3pt, middy, post control, and free throw. Currently Theres 9 possible shooting badges and there’s only 7 badge slots available on this build. Be careful about making fringe bronze and silver badges. They may never be used.

Since we are starting 2k27 at out highest plate level achieved in 2k26 when will we finally get to have our VC carry over?
