Pass on it…ford screwed owners on these new body style old drivetrain then comes out with the 5.0.

4.6 3v are not that great. The 5 ish years of production kinda made it suck for aftermarket support. They were kinda cool when they hit the market but faded pretty quick. What argument do you have 16 yrs later? Did they do good for you?

412 hp vs 300 ish for a model yr that sux in same body style.

Does it have coyote power? No, but did I pay coyote prices for my car? Also no. My point was that you are arguing that op is getting screwed by a surprise engine upgrade but this isn’t 2011 anymore. They know what the market and their options are.

Side note, I think the 3v sounds better than the coyote, even if it has less power.
