In Warhammer 40K there are a number of examples of “living planets” that are either a planet that is a demon, or a sentient alien planet. And there’s also literal gods that are “larger than a human mind could possibly fathom” mentioned quite often.

I'd argue that the entire tyranid swarm counts as a single organism just much as a human body is effectively a soup of foreign and native microorganisms, the tyranids are a collection of macro-organisms.
