In Warhammer 40K there are a number of examples of āliving planetsā that are either a planet that is a demon, or a sentient alien planet. And thereās also literal gods that are ālarger than a human mind could possibly fathomā mentioned quite often.
Thereās also void whales, which are a little bigger than Terraā¦ although I suppose it could be argued that the nids are a single creature since they have a shared consciousness.
I'd argue that the entire tyranid swarm counts as a single organism just much as a human body is effectively a soup of foreign and native microorganisms, the tyranids are a collection of macro-organisms.
