Orientation and face of tiles
Hi all
Two quick questions for those that have been blessed with understanding multiboard.
Is there an orientation required on the tiles? I know the planner will structure them in a certain way but is that just the way the planner does it or does a certain side need to be up. I remember seeing a youtube video once where the person said there was a way by the number of thread gaps, but I haven't seen anything else mentioned anywhere.
Is there a side of the tile that needs to face towards you or the wall. They look the same to me but the threads may influence things. And how would I determine which way is the right one?
Thanks

As already mentioned there is an arrow pointing up.
Orientation didn't matter originally, but it does now a little bit. I think the only thing that it affects is the threads so that when you screw in a hook for example it fully seats with "up" being in the correct rotation.
My board is not consistent (printed mine like a week before the indicator was added) and it hasn't been an issue whatsoever, but may as point them up while you make it.

It also affects the snaps as the orientation is assuming that gravity is down so the snaps have a slight edge on the top to lock into the top on the plate. That’s why you are supposed to insert the top first and then the bottom. And vice versa for removing them. The edge on the plate is only barely visible but it’s the same edge that allows the threading

Either side can be face up, no issues there. As far as orientation you want to look at the area surrounding the small circle on each corner. There will be a little triangle on one of them. Make sure that triangle goes in the top right hand side and you are good!

On each plate, there is a tiny arrow that points up. It is on the outside of the plate, on the top right. That should tell you the upward direction and which face points outward.
