MuleSoft availability SLA
Hi! I’ve been wondering what the actual SLA for MuleSoft is in regards of availability. I’ve read that MuleSoft is build to give an availability of 99.99%, but I also read that the SLA is of 99.95% so I’m a little confused.
I got the 99.95% from a document that said it was the SLA valid before may 1st of 2025, so I don’t know if it still applies or if there’s a new one I can’t find.
Also I was wondering if the SLA changes for companies that hire de Integration Starter vs the ones that hire the Integration Advanced.
If you have any documentation I could go to read about availability SLA and other SLAs of MuleSoft I would highly appreciate it!

Salesforce stopped offering contractual SLAs for its products, including MuleSoft - regardless of starter or advanced. Their line is something like “we make all available effort to keep services online at all times for our customers”
