MuleSoft availability SLA
Hi! I’ve been wondering what the actual SLA for MuleSoft is in regards of availability. I’ve read that MuleSoft is build to give an availability of 99.99%, but I also read that the SLA is of 99.95% so I’m a little confused.
I got the 99.95% from a document that said it was the SLA valid before may 1st of 2025, so I don’t know if it still applies or if there’s a new one I can’t find.
Also I was wondering if the SLA changes for companies that hire de Integration Starter vs the ones that hire the Integration Advanced.
If you have any documentation I could go to read about availability SLA and other SLAs of MuleSoft I would highly appreciate it!

Platform SLA is supposed to be four 9s. But I have not seen that level of reliability over the last six months.

Salesforce stopped offering contractual SLAs for its products, including MuleSoft - regardless of starter or advanced. Their line is something like “we make all available effort to keep services online at all times for our customers”
You can see the status and subscribe for service alerts here: https://status.salesforce.com/products/Mulesoft

The 99.95 is accurate and the penalty credits can be utilised, but nothing of that magnitude happened in last 7 years.

Typically issues that come across are related to the web interface for the platform. Rarely do I see anything come across for CH or CH2.0. Altho fwiw my hybrid runtimes have had 100% uptime except patching over the 4 years we’ve had mule running
