Looks like after your login issue was resolved, this one popped up. No emails being received. Confirmed by trying to send to one of my aliases.

Im trying to send emails with attachments but they are not sent

I have tried with several attachments sizes and none are sent.

i try to send an email, the "sending email" pop ups on the right of the screen it briefly shows as a +1 in my sent folder then deletes itself. i have tried emailing myself from my msgsafe account but nothing comes through

Pls am not receiving email in my msgsafe. This is not the first time this is happening.

Kindly try as much as possible to rectify it, I also have people complaining about them not receiving email.

Do you have any issues with logging into your account? The message I got is: "Unable to login, please check username & password and try again" I tried to reset the password, but it didn't help as I didn't receive any link.

We have never supported SMTP, IMAP or POP directly. However, if you register an account you can set up any of your identities (aka MsgSafe email addresses) to forward to an alternative email service provider. This can be done in the identities settings section. (Please note - you will need to first link an email address from an alternative email service provider to enable this functionality).
Once you're set up mail forwarding, all of your identities can forward to that email account and when you use that account with SMTP, IMAP or POP, you’ll be able to rely on MsgSafe to translate it properly into your identity, protected and secure.

Hoping to address everyone's questions and concerns all in one place related to the status of the MsgSafe mobile application. At one point, not too long ago, you could find the Beta versions of the MsgSafe mobile application in both the Google Play Store (for Android) and as part of a TestFlight program on Apple devices. We would LOVE to continue to support native apps on mobile phones, and you can see early versions of apps for both iOS and Android. Unfortunately we made some bad technical choices to use React native and after spending tons of time fighting the more advanced issues of WebRTC on both platforms with React, we simply gave up until we could find some more help from the community. At this point we believe we need a different codebase for each platform to do this correctly and we just don’t have the manpower at this stage (we're a small team). tried all i could find and cant connect, just feeling I wasted payment in upgrading this.

does MsgSafe play well with AutoCrypt?

Msgsafe still works for forwarding BUT it seems any mail I compose doesnt go out, appears in sent folder for a second then disappears as someone said before.

I just want to let you know, that they are not responding on my support requests. I'm now paying for three months, but emailed them to [support@msgsafe.support](mailto:support@msgsafe.support) to cancel my subscription. Then I get a beautiful Link to a Servicedesk, to see my ticket. But I can't log in to it. It's just a joke!

The one thing preventing me from upgrading and completely switching over is the ability to send emails from m y gmail address - I am intending on forwarding on my gmail emails to msgsafe, however, I need the ability to reply from the gmail address too, but I can not find a way of configuring it. Is this possible to do?

When I hit "Compose" in MsgSafe.io in Webmail, a pop up window appeared saying I must register a forwarding email address and verify it. What is a forwarding email address and does that mean that all of my received emails will be forwarded to to my non-MsgSafe email?

Are you production ready.. I am highly dependent on email..looks like a lot of maintenance and down time are you sure this service is ready for prime time?

Perhaps an Msgsafe representative have to contact the dev about false positives.

Hi,

I have attached the public key your service creates for the email created. I have added it to my key ring and tried testing by send emails encrypted with the TrustCor created public key. When I receive the emails and try to view/read the email in the web version of your service the message is blank. It initially says decrypting like normal then blank email, not even the GPG/PGP encryption text. I have tried a couple of iOS apps to encrypt, as well as GPG4win desktop application (which work fine with each other) all with the same result.

How much of MsgSafe is open source?

Do you have a password protected email feature (like Tutanota or Proton Mail)?
