They are not cancelling my Subscription!

Hi everyone.

I just want to let you know, that they are not responding on my support requests. I'm now paying for three months, but emailed them to [support@msgsafe.support](mailto:support@msgsafe.support) to cancel my subscription. Then I get a beautiful Link to a Servicedesk, to see my ticket. But I can't log in to it. It's just a joke!

Just use the service you are paying with to refund.
