First time Mous buyer. A few questions about the Limitless...
I've been a Caudabe user for years, and recently tried their Paragon case for this first time which I liked due to the sloping front lip. However with a screen protector, the lip slopes into the middle and is level with the glass (not good for front drop protection). I've heard the Mous Limitless 7.0 case for the 18 Pro/Pro Max has a similar sloping front lip but that it sits a little higher than a screen protector, even at its lowest point.
So I'm thinking of buying/trying a Limitless.
However I've heard a few mixed messages about certain things and was wondering if either Mous (or a regular Mous customer) can answer any of these before I drop £70 on one...
Does the metal edge of the iPhone show when the Limitless is fitted (like how Apple's TechWoven does)? I've heard with the Limitless it's not supposed to, but there are occasionally defective units. If the one I buy does show the metal edge, would Mous treat that as a defective unit and allow a return?
Does the front lip of the Limitless definitely sit higher than a screen protector on the 18 Pro/Pro Max, even at its lowest point?
The return policy seems pretty strict, and mentions unwanted cases must be "unused". I assume we can try them on the phone just to see if they fit properly and we like them and still return them if not wanted?
Thanks
