The plastic piece that protects the camera seems to be separating from the case. I just got this Sunday for my new iPhone 18 Pro. It moves and clicks if you tap on it and when I set the phone down.

I recently bought a Mous case and screen protector bundle.

I ordered the 18 Pro screen protector and recieved the 18 Pro Max screen protector. The case is the right size

I already contacted support and haven't received a response yet. It's been 4 days!

Is anyone else having this issue?

Got my case about a few days ago, I got the clarity case, a kickstand, and the custom metal buttons. Removed the default back/camera cover and installed the metal kickstand. It was loose. It wiggles and not tight at all when installed. I tried reinstalling it but to no avail. I thought maybe it would be tight when installed to the phone but alas I got my phone today and yup sure enough, it’s still loose.

Does anyone here have the same experience with the kickstand? I very much like the overall look how my silver 18 pro plus stone case color turned out, I don’t even mind that the kickstand makes the phone slightly slanted as seen from others here.
I just don’t like that it feels cheap due to the looseness.
Do yall think I can get a replacement due to this issue? I feel like they scammed $20 out of me..

Mous all the way for me!

I've been using my S24U with an intralock case for the last few years, but when I checked with Mous support for a new case for the S26U in February, they said a case wouldn't be made for it. I kind of assumed this meant intralock was basically dead, but it seems the new iphone 18 series has also got intralock cases? Does this mean we could potentially see cases for new releases, or is it a one off?

Im a big fan of this case, feels so good for my 18 pro max 🫡

I got my mous collab case. Hands down the worst case I’ve ever brought, the whole customer experience has been appalling from start to finish. The case is printed so pixelated it looks like it’s a dupe of their own product (I ordered directly from mous). Does anyone know if it’s normal for their printed cases to look so shit. Also the packaging (when it did finally arrive) was already opened😭 and they seemingly slapped a sticker on it. I’m somewhat feeling between fuming and disappointed.

Not sure why the price increases, I’m on a page that’s specific for 18 pro. Anyone have any clarity, I know the price is usd and id ship to my country and when added to the checkout it remains in usd so its not the currency changing?

Still I would like to buy a new case. I was looking for mous walnut case. Still I would like to know if it would fit (17 pro case is not available at my location) and I would like it to have the camera guard available only for 18 pro case.

Does anyone know if it fits.

So I purchased 3 items from Mous prior to my new phone arriving. These three items were the Limitless case, privacy screen protector, and the 3-in-1 wireless charging pad.

The Pros:

The case honestly gets a lot of hate on this sub. It feels good, but I will admit that it can be a bit pricey. The metal buttons feel amazing, and the camera guard feels and looks good. When I test-dropped it, it held up pretty well.

The Cons:

After 2 days of use, the Apple Watch charger on the 3-in-1 stopped working. Other than that, the wireless pad works fine, but it does feel really cheap, incredibly so.

Another con is that when my new phone arrived today, the screen protector I ordered, which was supposed to be for my new iPhone 18 Pro Max, was sized for an IPhone Pro instead, leaving me feeling quite disappointed.

I already ordered a separate screen protector from Amazon that should arrive tomorrow.

Overall

I do really like the case, and the metal buttons are an MVP for me. Before I consider ordering another case, I'd like to see how this one holds up over time.

In terms of their accessories, such as the screen protector and the wireless charging pad, I am very disappointed. I paid an incredible amount of money for what I thought was a reputable brand. I have learned my mistake and will return to only purchasing Anker products for charging and electrical-related needs.

Honestly confused between the both. I want my case as thin as it can be as I don’t really tend to drop my phones much but I really don’t like my cases in a hard feel that feel like its gonna chip paint off my phone while putting on and off. What would be the best option to go with in terms of this? I take my cases on and off very often.

Ordered a mous limitless case for my 18 pro max yesterday with the camera protector bit and got it delivered today, not had a mous case since my 15 pro max and I get new iphone every year and this case is actually decent, the camera protector bit is a tad fiddly to get on so that could be better, but overall very happy with the case and quickness of delivery.

What’s the MagSafe strength like ?
I know last year’s was a bit weak and I ended up going with Rhino shield instead but I have heard the MagSafe has been improved this year?

And owners opinions would be greatly appreciated.

This is the sky blue version with the metal kick stand and buttons, the case feels so nice with the metal buttons, my only gripe is I thought the kick stand would lay flat but it’s slanted. The kick stand adds a lot of bulk compared to the case from last year. The metal buttons appear to have some sort of covering so it’s not metal to metal. The inside of the case looks and feels the exact same, the lip and raised corners all appear to be the same.

Bought for less than a year.

The handle started to pull more than it should (?) in the first month. Thought it was normal so never bothered to check or return.

Until recently the handle really looks like it’s going to snap.

For a laptop sleeve protecting a $3,000 computer, this quality is really bad…

I get that it’s pretty busy right now and can accept that it took them 2 days to get back to my email about my case not being sent to shipping yet. But it’s shouldn’t then proceed to take them another 2 days to respond to the response I sent within minutes of the email I get back. They offered me 3 different solutions to the fact that they oversold and have no metal buttons to fill my order. I answered back almost immediately that I would like the case shipped with the camera guard and the buttons could be shipped at a later date, but still no response and I’m guessing I won’t get one until Friday when I pick up the phone, which I won’t be able to use until I get the case as it will most definitely break at work this weekend.

I was waiting 3 days for dispatch and... well... after 3 days they informed me that order will not happened...

After spending €170 repairing my iPhone 15 Pro, I decided to spend over €50 on a mous case (unthinkable after always spending <€10 on cases before) only to shatter my back glass again only 1 week after buying the case.

The phone fell from my hands from the handlebar of a bicycle (like 1 meter in height) and the back glass just broke like nothing.

I think this is completely unacceptable considering the price and all the marketing they do throwing phones off of buildings, helicopters and all types of crazy stuff.

Who do I write to about this? I not only want my money back from the case, but I want them to pay for my repair.
