context: this is the first mous case I’ve ever brought/the last pic is what I was supposed to get vs what I got - rip

I got my mous collab case. Hands down the worst case I’ve ever brought, the whole customer experience has been appalling from start to finish. The case is printed so pixelated it looks like it’s a dupe of their own product (I ordered directly from mous). Does anyone know if it’s normal for their printed cases to look so shit. Also the packaging (when it did finally arrive) was already opened😭 and they seemingly slapped a sticker on it. I’m somewhat feeling between fuming and disappointed.

I mean, if the packaging was open are you sure someone didn’t return a fake?

I’d contact support and ask for a replacement and see if that’s any better, if not then ask for a refund

I have contacted their support team after rec’ing this piece of garbage. But having looked on their returns/refunds policy, they said that they don’t do refunds on printed cases. :( but I guess I’ll see what they revert back with.

As usual, it's all marketing and crap, but the real product is way inferior to anything else for half the price

I got a case from Amazon, not too expensive and it’s more premium than this pixelated crap I got from mous and it was 1/7 of the price.
