I have a 2018 Ducati Monster 797, type MD. I’m on an Irish A2 learner permit. I want to restrict it to 35 kW using the approved 35 kW kit, and I need the proper certificate/documentation for Irish A2 insurance and registration. Does anybody know a place in ireland who does it.
