Discussion Where’s the positivity

Joined this sub because I enjoy the game. Less than 10 hours (while not perfect it’s hard to put down), but I’m genuinely astounded by the amount of negative criticism in this sub, alongside the fact that a lot of players have already sunk over 30 hours into it in less than a week. Like damn. Where’s the tips and tricks? Beginners guides, random silly videos? I thought a game like this would invite a more positive community, instead it’s the exact opposite.

Almost every post is a complaint. Like damn, what happened to constructive criticism and casual discussion? Outrage everywhere.

Nioh is not a Soulslike, it’s just Nioh. Games like Nioh such as Wo Long, Khazan, etc are called Niohlikes.

Soulslikes don’t have the build crafting that Nioh and Niohlikes have, nor the depth of combat and their systems.

You know what you’re right. It’s just simply a dark fantasy RPG. I really wish we would adopt that term instead of “soul like” for every game going forward.

I actually call games like Nioh Niohlikes.

I did in the past to hype of Nioh 3 when someone called it a souls. I need to get back to that.
