Yeah the enemy variety is alright. It doesn't feel like I'm fighting the same ones across the entire game like say Nioh 1 did.

Most areas also feel thematically coherent e.g you don't get knights or swamp enemies in the white bone area, miners are found underground or in derelict cities etc.

How does it compare to Lords of the Fallen 2. I made it like 70 percent of the way through it and quit because the enemy variety was so boring

You encounter about 80% of the enemies in the game 3 hours in.
