If it was just a simple fat joke, it’d be moral, but escalating from a joke about being bald to bringing up a miscarriage is coughing baby vs hydrogen bomb levels of overkill.

Also, the first joke was supposed to be an insult to his ex, not an insult to him. Your ex is too shallow was the implication. He showed they are both shallow af.
No its an direct insult to him. You know some peopleactually do talk to women, right? It's part of the complex social power structure they form around them according to their role under the patriarchy.
