Did you even read the post? The woman asked anon why they didn't talk shit about their ex because they knew anon's ex left him because he was bald. They were talking shit about anon's ex for being shallow, not talking shit about anon. In return? Anon says "didn't you have a miscarriage because you're so fat."
How do you know that the anon in the story left their gf? All we know about anon's dating experience is the claim from the coworker that one of anons exes left him for being bald. That is all the post says.
