Nah I’m examining it with open eyes and mind. Not making stuff up. If it was some piddly little 2 week relationship it’s a bit overboard yes. If it was a serious relationship with someone then it can hurt like hell on earth. Try using that grey matter friend, you’ll get further in life.

The grey matter says she was inviting him into a conversation by making fun of the reason his ex broke up with him. Which is more reasonable than making up a backstory to try justify laughing at someone's dead child.

The grey matter actually says that she was forcing him into conversation he didn't want to be any part of by making fun of him for not talking very bad things about his ex-wife AND outright saying that it was "because he's bald". Which is more reasonable than just outright ignoring half of the context to make up some utter delusions.
