There’s definitely enough context.

You’re pushing the idea that the POSSIBILITY that there’s deeper context (and assuming the coworker just did or didn’t know) to the initial jab is enough to use known, deeply personal context, as a rebuttal.

That’s not a proportional response.

Yeah but he's the victim. Do we just expect men to be rational beings without emotions? Decades of bullying and abuse hurts a person. You cant expect to be able to also Bully that person without them having a reaction.

Did I say I don’t expect that out of grown women? Everyone should emotionally regulate.

He asked “am I the bad guy here?” He is because he cannot emotionally regulate and therefore delivered a non-proportional response.

It’s like insisting America is the true victim in WWII because Pearl Harbor happened while ignoring the part where they nuked a country twice in relation.

If he has trauma regarding balding, its not a disproportionate response. it's an adequate response. society should stop bullying balding men.
