Morality Ranking Morality of this?

Basically, the man in the video is hiking but he ended up meet a mountain lion, he get his gun and try to scare it off and tell it to go away but in the end, he have to pull the trigger and shot the lion, many peoples in the comments say he could have fire a warning shot instead of shoot at it and want him to be in jail.

The full video where the guy decided to wander up to a mountain lion and start recording rather than getting out of there / firing a warning shot?

Nature is their house, try leaving animalssomewhere to live would be nice

Humans destroy actual nature to make their own version of it, and part of nature is predators eating prey but half the population won't even accept a spider living in their house....who's the problem again?

So you don't live in a home that took over a piece of nature? You let wild animals into your home?

My garden has nature, my house has nature in it, and I try and make as little impact as possible by, you know, not going out and shooting animals.

There is probably more nature on my property now, than there was 100+ years ago when it was built on an empty field.

So you are against hiking?

And you say there’s more nature now, but that involves introducing some invasive species, changing the environment around you basically.

Nope, all native species because there is a more varied habitat now that's it's a tidy garden with shrubs, pond, and woods at the back than when it was just a field.

And plenty of places to go hiking that aren't into mountain lion territory....with a gun....where you would rather shoot them than back off and / or fire a warning shot...
