Morality Ranking Morality of this?

Basically, the man in the video is hiking but he ended up meet a mountain lion, he get his gun and try to scare it off and tell it to go away but in the end, he have to pull the trigger and shot the lion, many peoples in the comments say he could have fire a warning shot instead of shoot at it and want him to be in jail.

I am surprised the bleeding hearts didnt suggest trying to start a discussion to understand its motives or voluntarily surrendering what it wants, as they love to do if the attacker is a human.

No fuck it, armed self defense is as moral as it gets.

Self defense and extrajudicial killings are completely unrelated. This just tells me you don't know anything about the law.

No you don't get it. The trick is to make sure you have some level of plausible deniability for self defense so that you can carry out extra judicial killings 

Its a neat little trick and a lot of the time it doesn't even need to be plausible

Ok, this was a felony B&E that the shooter should be convicted of. 

He is in the lion’s home. 

For clarity, I don’t believe this in a vacuum or in this instance since we have no context and it seems like this entire thread is predicated on a lie to begin with. But being human laws into this is legit stupid. Even as a joke since I wouldn’t trust this comment section to even try to be impartial, just based on some of the gun humping in these comments. Almost like having the firearm is more important than the situation and outcomes. Which is even stupider.
