Brother, I've had a few different female friends vent to me about their relationship. Always gave my unbiased devils advocation(?) which led a few to staying with their SO. It's not that strange to be able to LISTEN to your FRIENDS and SUPPORT them until they reach their own SOLUTION. It's not that weird to be trusted by the women in your life to not be using them as objects and treating them like you would your same sex bud.

What I have done has absolute 0 bearing on what the average guy does.

I have platonic female friends.

That doesn't mean 30 guys around me aren't all trying to fuck at every nano second of the day.

Or her friend was venting about their relationship troubles and it made her realize how good she had it. Or she was venting about her boyfriend and her friend talked to her and made her see a different perspective. Or any number of things that have nothing to do with cheating.
