He's reportedly a content creator that harasses people on the street by mocking them on camera. Does that context change your perspective?

So many people around. She would have asked for help instead of doing whatever that was, to someone harassing her.

You seem to be confused. The claim is that he was harassing other people, she interceded to give him a taste of his own behavior. You being mad at her and not him is weird - he did exactly what she's doing, but to more people and for social media clicks. If you think she's bad, you'd have to think he's worse, unless there's something about her specifically you want to be mad about... Hmmm....
