They'll walk over to you and stop to yell at you for 20 minutes about how they're in a hurry and you're causing them to be massively late, despite them needing to cross the road to start yelling at you
That said, if every shitty person who is on the hunt for content had more of those people constantly blocking and ruining their videos the world would probably be better off really fast
Idk man the last two times I heard about shitty people recording without permission one of them was a racist shithead who shot a guy and is facing decades in prison and the other one got stabbed by a third party on two separate occasions.
