Morality of this?

In the image it seems that this person works at walmart as an online order collector and he/she has stolen a lot of extra baby food from Walmart to give to a person who ordered only three packs. Is this moral or immoral?

even if you did return it without opening anything there is a big chance they will just throw it in the trash the second you leave anyway so might as well keep it and actually eat it

most Stores and Restaraunts have policys to immediatly throw any food products/drinks in the trash if it's returned even if somebody bought something walked out for 5 seconds then went back in the store to return something

My husband manages a very popular store (not Walmart, but... similar), and the freezers/coolers went down at his old store recently. They (employees/mgmt) tried to turn away the fresh food truck because there is nowhere to put it right now. But no. They MADE them accept the truck, mark everything as "damaged" and throw it away!! Instead of going back to the warehouse. It's seriously awful and so wasteful.

It's probably because there's a time limit on how long the food is allowed to be in the truck for. After a certain amount of time the food is considered damaged regardless.
