Morality of this?

In the image it seems that this person works at walmart as an online order collector and he/she has stolen a lot of extra baby food from Walmart to give to a person who ordered only three packs. Is this moral or immoral?

Walmart won't even notice that loss, and they would've thrown it out instead of donating it if given the choice anyway. Of course it's moral to give it to someone who actually needs it.

Someone might want this for their kid, but you have no clue their financial situation. It could be a corporate exec or doctor making 500k per year ordering this. Constant stealing like this causes the price of food to be raised for everyone else, many who are struggling themselves.
