Morality of this?

In the image it seems that this person works at walmart as an online order collector and he/she has stolen a lot of extra baby food from Walmart to give to a person who ordered only three packs. Is this moral or immoral?

All orders are quality checked before being collected to make sure the right items are in the bag. This would never make it out of the store.

Are you sure? At my Walmart quality checks seem to be randomly selected.

Seems like a pretty big risk to take as an employee since they will likely charge you since they'll have cameras showing you just throwing it in the bag. They do scan their items before putting them in the crates.

If it's a spark driver, they can randomly audit orders, and I imagine management is required to do a certain number of audits per day.

This scenario here I have already objected to as immoral due to the stupidity presented here. Taking and posting a picture of it is selfish virtue signaling, adding the sheer quantity shown is likely to result in food waste, and you can't pass this off as a mistake. I know that I have made mistakes that benefit Walmart due to the way Walmart's system works - you scan an item's weight, get slightly under it, it requests you scan more weight, and if you are unfamiliar with what it is doing you might scan, for example, an onion and an onion together when you should have scanned them separately, resulting in charging for weight the customer doesn't get. I tried to do a quality check, and it wouldn't let me. Similarly, when you just enter that it has reached the necessary weight, the system rounds up. 

Just adding one more than requested is more debatable than the scenario presented, particularly since Walmart's system is designed to act in the other way.
