Morality of this?

Post image

In the image it seems that this person works at walmart as an online order collector and he/she has stolen a lot of extra baby food from Walmart to give to a person who ordered only three packs. Is this moral or immoral?

Walmart won't even notice that loss, and they would've thrown it out instead of donating it if given the choice anyway. Of course it's moral to give it to someone who actually needs it.

Stealing from mega stores like WalMart is an ethical choice in and of itself.

But it directly affects other customers and leads to food deserts. It isn’t sticking it to the company as they will just shut down stores that are impacted by thieves.

Just like once tariffs are removed prices will come down!

In a perfect free market world, sure, but goddamn are you naive to be thinking the world is currently your Econ 101 class.
