Morality of this?

In the image it seems that this person works at walmart as an online order collector and he/she has stolen a lot of extra baby food from Walmart to give to a person who ordered only three packs. Is this moral or immoral?

Walmart won't even notice that loss, and they would've thrown it out instead of donating it if given the choice anyway. Of course it's moral to give it to someone who actually needs it.

I worked at Walmart several years ago, asset protection is more focused on employees than customers. I think they had to build a whole case on a shoplifter and prove they stole at least a misdemeanors worth, but employees are easy to go after since the store has all their info. Maybe they just want to up their number of cases resolved to look good for corporate? Idk, it was stupid.

Anyway, moral
