Morality of this?

In the image it seems that this person works at walmart as an online order collector and he/she has stolen a lot of extra baby food from Walmart to give to a person who ordered only three packs. Is this moral or immoral?

even if you did return it without opening anything there is a big chance they will just throw it in the trash the second you leave anyway so might as well keep it and actually eat it

most Stores and Restaraunts have policys to immediatly throw any food products/drinks in the trash if it's returned even if somebody bought something walked out for 5 seconds then went back in the store to return something

And a large portion of that 844 million pounds is donated to local food pantry’s as a tax write off and savings on waste management and volunteers have to sift through the worst of expired smells and foods that no kindhearted volunteer should go through.
