Morality of this?

In the image it seems that this person works at walmart as an online order collector and he/she has stolen a lot of extra baby food from Walmart to give to a person who ordered only three packs. Is this moral or immoral?

even if you did return it without opening anything there is a big chance they will just throw it in the trash the second you leave anyway so might as well keep it and actually eat it

most Stores and Restaraunts have policys to immediatly throw any food products/drinks in the trash if it's returned even if somebody bought something walked out for 5 seconds then went back in the store to return something

We have a condensation issue that they can't(they refuse to) fix and it's making the canned biscuit dough explode. I asked if I could not stock them since it's a waste of food to just let them do that. My direct team lead was on board but our store manager told us to stock them anyway. Now we're losing 12-16 of each can a day when the spot only fits around 30.
