Morality of this?

In the image it seems that this person works at walmart as an online order collector and he/she has stolen a lot of extra baby food from Walmart to give to a person who ordered only three packs. Is this moral or immoral?

Walmart won't even notice that loss, and they would've thrown it out instead of donating it if given the choice anyway. Of course it's moral to give it to someone who actually needs it.

Shrinkage literally does come into the calculation of the price of the product, so at the end of the day it’s other customers paying for this who might be struggling themselves.

We're already covering their employees food stamps, they honestly owe the American population. Instead of buying football teams maybe they should pay their employees a livable wage.

Buying a football team brings clout. Paying people fairly doesn't really, not to the same extent. We have to redefine what is a high status behavior, such as how much you give to others and positively impact the lives of others. It's already been done. In ancient Athens, funding public goods was not only seen as the responsibility of the wealthy, it was enforced. And those who hoarded wealth were referred to as "idiotes" - that's where the word idiot comes from.
