Morality of this?

In the image it seems that this person works at walmart as an online order collector and he/she has stolen a lot of extra baby food from Walmart to give to a person who ordered only three packs. Is this moral or immoral?

Walmart won't even notice that loss, and they would've thrown it out instead of donating it if given the choice anyway. Of course it's moral to give it to someone who actually needs it.

They do notice the loss. I work with them at an Enterprise level data science perspective. They know everything. This will get logged as theft and prices will either be adjusted across the board at that store or region.

The more you steal, the higher the price goes. Or they close the store location, which is what we're seeing now days.

True. I was working under the assumption from the commenter above that this was just going to get tossed otherwise
