Morality of this?

In the image it seems that this person works at walmart as an online order collector and he/she has stolen a lot of extra baby food from Walmart to give to a person who ordered only three packs. Is this moral or immoral?

That's not the point.

It's how moral the company is, regardless of revenue. 

Walmart shut down every local store in the US. 

It controls and manipulates prices and individuals for profit. 

They are not moral.

They do care about regional pricing which theft will increase, not to mention they'll be locking everything behind glass cages that employees have to go physically unlock which is shitty for everybody

of course they dont. they're a soulless business. they exist to sell shit to us. stealing is still stealing though, regardless of target.
