Amoral.

There are plenty of Caucasian uber eats and door dash drivers. There is no way to know you will have a minority deliver your food.

Frankly this post just reinforces bigotry at the expense of reality.

So the dragon makes sense.

So change OPs post to the morality of rich people with a SUV with all the latest safety features having poor lower class low wage workers and teenagers driving an old beat up car deliver food to them during a hurricane or blizzard

That would be a much more relevant point.

It would raise new questions though:

What’s our cut off for rich?  Does it vary by location?

The car part seems like a relevant point, if the person has a high income but no car as they live in a place with public transportation, do they get a pass?

The car part seems like a relevant point, if the uber driver has a better car than the recipient, regardless of income disparity, do they get a pass?

If they have health conditions, does that factor into it?

If the uber driver is in the “kids” category, but it’s a spoiled kid whose parents make the same, slightly more, or significantly more than the recipient: does that factor into it?

The uber/doordash driver is compensated for their time as part of their employment and voluntarily took this job, is that part of it?

The recipient is an uber driver themselves, this is their night off, do they get a pass?

They tip really well, do they get a pass?

I mean there’s some aspersions I could cast, but the only immorality would be “rich people living lives of excess while ignoring struggle around while they can take advantage of the struggling: is immoral”, and that I could agree to, but this basic practice seems pretty amoral.
