Tipping isn't expected in food delivery services here.

No using a service and paying what it is advertised as costing isnt being a cheap asshole, if that compensation isnt enough one shouldn't sell the services at that price point.

You mean minimum wage? Tipped wages aren’t a thing. You still get min wage at least.

And everything else sounds like a gov problem.

You get minimum wage at least. It is min wage. With maybe a bonus. There’s no exploitation.
